We are seeking a highly experienced

Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Special Process

to lead and manage our

Special Process Unit

, specializing in

Surface Treatment and Heat Treatment

for

Aerospace, Defence, and Nuclear components

. The ideal candidate will possess

extensive expertise in special process treatments

, ensuring compliance with

NADCAP accreditation

and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Oversee the

Special Process Unit

, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:

Manage and optimize

surface treatment and heat treatment

processes for

aerospace, defence, and nuclear components

.

NADCAP Lab Management:

Ensure the laboratory maintains

NADCAP accreditation

, adhering to stringent aerospace and defence industry standards.

Process Optimization:

Implement best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality in special process treatments.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to

AS9100, NADCAP, and other aerospace, defence, and nuclear regulations

.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

.

Experience:

Minimum

15+ years

in

special process treatments

for aerospace, defence, and nuclear components.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,600,000.00 per year
