Role Program Manager - Test Automation, Test Data management and RPA Job Level/ Designation M2 - Assistant General Manager Function / Department Solution Delivery - Information Technology Location Pune IT Hub - HJW Job Purpose Drive test automation across all automation candidates in IT ecosystem with appropriate tools and evaluate new tools for automation To ensure zero data & environment issues for in-scope applications To ensure compliance to quality process of all in-scope applications with respect to functional and non-functional requirements To drive governance in areas like RPA implementation , Data refresh activity across IT eco-system Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Define / develop and implement centralized automation framework(Hybrid, Cucumber, POM) for all applications in IT eco system for all applications in BSS & Digital stack Drive test automation across all automation candidates in IT ecosystem with appropriate tools as applicable primarily Selenium, UFT Evaluate new industry best automation tools for automation w.r.t new features e.g. AI and RPA bots To drive governance and adherence to KPIs in areas of test automation w.r.t coverage and code defects Track and present the results of automation and improvements in the testing space Interact with SIT Test Manger, Partners and VIL Delivery Mangers for automating the process in their respective area & identifying new automation candidates Track and present the results of automation and improvements in the testing space Define centralized test data management process for all applications using test data for SIT / UAT for BAU demands Identify and implement the test data management approach for all required IT applications Ensure timely availability of pool data as per the criteria defined for BAU demands w.r.t TAT for support requests captured in Octane To drive governance and adherence to KPIs in areas of test data mgmt across IT eco-system w.r.t efficiency improvement, reduction in data defects, data coverage w.r.t. pool data Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Have a clear understanding of end to end telecom sales and distribution hierarchy, processes of Indian market, latest mobile number portability process and knowlede of relevant IT applications processes Knowledge of acquisition system relevant to Telecom exposure Knowledge of Testing Policies, strategy and practices E2E Test Strategy ( effort estimation, plan, execution) automation (ROI) Certifications: Prince2 Practitioner & Foundation, CSM, ISTQB Foundation, CSTE, HP UFT, Oracle 9i Strong communications, interpersonal, negotiation skills. Highly competent in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Word/, good knowledge on Java & SQL Ability to drive operational excellence through standardization and innovation in processes/systems/tools. Must have technical / professional qualifications Industry Certification Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with business users People management skills Effective communication and inter-personal skills Proactive in approach with positive attitude Balanced in handling emergencies Experience in virtual team management Management Degree from Premium Institute will be added advantage Years of Experience 7+ Years of Experience in Domain (IT Telecom) Industries to look from Telecom, IT Ideal Organizations to look from Bharti, JIO, Infosys, Accenture, IBM, TCS, TechM Direct reports NA
