Role Overview
The AGM - Sales will lead the Zirakpur sales team, drive revenue growth, manage key clients, and ensure efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and delivery teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
8-9 years in real estate sales leadership.
Strong team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
