Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Sales Head (AGM)

to lead and drive the overall sales function of our real estate projects. The role involves setting sales strategies, leading the sales and pre-sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring high customer conversion across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project-wise and company-wide sales targets Lead, mentor, and manage site sales to maximize performance Monitor site visit performance and customer engagement at project locations Drive booking conversions through effective pricing, negotiation, and closure strategies Coordinate with marketing for lead campaigns, promotions, and launches Prepare site sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports for management review Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key clients Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred

Minimum 8+ years

of proven sales experience in the

Real Estate industry

Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities In-depth knowledge of residential real estate sales and market dynamics Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
