Job Description

The Assistant General Manager - Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and developing effective strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven expertise in real estate sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance. Drive business development by identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies. Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients. Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives. Ensure prompt follow-up and closure of leads generated through various sources. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management. Oversee pricing strategies, negotiation processes, and deal closures with prospective clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively. Work closely with project, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth operations and handovers.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/managerial role. Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate markets. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
