Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and project bookings
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to close deals effectively
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups
Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities and performance metrics
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in
real estate direct sales
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage high-value transactions and client relationships
Familiarity with Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market preferred
Self-driven, target-oriented, and team-focused
