Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven

AGM - Sales ( Real Estate)

to lead and manage our

residential real estate sales team

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing teams, building strong customer relationships and

achieving revenue targets

in line with company. The candidate

should have strong experience in residential property sales

, team handling, and channel partner management.

Roles and Responsibilities:



? Accountable for sales planning, lead generation, team management, market research while requiring extensive experience and knowledge in residential real estate sales.

? Ensure growth and oversee achievement of team targets, profitability and continued viability of the service line.

? Develop and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plans and strategies to drive growth and achieve sales goals.

? Train and mentor the sales team

to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

for assigned projects.

? Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including customer inquiries, property tours and follow - ups.

? Ensure a healthy pipeline of solid leads through various business development programs.

? Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.

? Prepare and present sales reports, track performance and ensure timely updates on sales systems and to senior management.

? Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

? Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:



l Minimum 5-8 years of experience in residential sales with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

l Excellent communication, Strong negotiation and closing skills.

l Self - Starter, resourceful, confident, well - organized, efficient and detail - oriented.

l Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

l Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

l Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential projects.

l In - depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.

l Any Degree

Salary:



v

50,000 - 70,000 k

per month with performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
