The AGM - Sales is responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects. The role includes managing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and working closely with the marketing and business development teams to optimize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor performance against sales targets and take corrective actions as needed.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of sales managers and executives.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with HNIs, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Handle high-value negotiations and finalize key deals.
Project Sales Planning:

Generate MIS reports, sales forecasts, and periodic reviews for senior management.
Track ROI on campaigns and lead conversions
