Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales Sales Vertical

  • Strategically build, mentor, and scale high-performance sales teams through targeted recruitment, competency development, and leadership succession planning to drive sustained growth.
  • Expand and diversify the customer base by deploying data-driven customer acquisition strategies, leveraging market analytics, and enhancing customer segmentation for targeted outreach.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with financiers, banks, and NBFCs to streamline financing solutions, improve credit approvals, and facilitate seamless vehicle loan processing.
  • Manage key relationships with OEM partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards, sales targets, product launches, compliance mandates, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance market visibility through integrated marketing campaigns, digital outreach, community engagement, and strategic partnerships to strengthen dealership brand equity.
  • Drive adoption of CRM and business intelligence tools to monitor sales funnel health, customer lifetime value, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead competitive analysis and market intelligence programs to adapt sales strategies proactively in dynamic district-level markets.
  • Establish measurable KPIs aligned to targets for revenue growth, market share expansion, customer satisfaction indices, and financier engagement metrics.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture focused on long-term loyalty, repeat business, and high NPS (Net Promoter Score).
  • Deliver comprehensive performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making and resource allocation.
