Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals.
Drive sales of residential, commercial, or plotted developments.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing for effective lead generation campaigns.
Ensure timely customer follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity

Proven experience in real estate sales management.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
