Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales

Department: Sales

Location: Lucknow

Reporting To: General Manager / VP - Sales & Marketing

Experience Required: 4-5 Years (preferably in real estate sales)

Industry: Real Estate (Residential/Commercial/Plotted, etc.)

Job Summary:

The AGM - Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets for residential/commercial real estate projects. The role involves strategic planning, business development, customer relationship management, and leading high-value negotiations to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed project-specific and overall company targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives to ensure productivity and target achievement.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Drive lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and closure activities.
Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients to expand the sales network.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and final closure.
Ensure exceptional customer experience through efficient sales processes and timely follow-up.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign alignment, promotional events, and branding efforts.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with CRM, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth post-sales services and handovers.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
