AGM Sales Roles and Responsibilities

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) in sales plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the sales department meets its targets. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing sales strategies

to achieve company revenue goals.

Leading and mentoring a sales team

to enhance performance and achieve targets.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

to ensure long-term business success.

Analyzing market trends and competitor activities

to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborating with other departments

to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts

to senior management.

Managing sales budgets and optimizing resource allocation

. This role require a combination of strategic planning, managing customer relationships, and ensuring sales operations align with company objectives. The AGM must possess strong leadership, team management, communication, and analytical skills to excel in this role. Candidate from water treatment industry is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
