Job Description

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Sales plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by

developing and executing sales strategies

,

leading the sales team

, and

building strong customer relationships

. They work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

Design and implement effective, data-driven sales strategies and annual plans to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, motivate, train, and mentor the sales team, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring team members meet their targets.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Customer & Channel Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Sales Operations:

Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and the use of CRM software and other sales tools.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Participate in high-level negotiations and assist the team in closing complex deals to ensure targets are met.

Pay: ?50,000.00 per month
