New Market Development - Responsible to develop markets in various
geographies
Client Acquisition via Continuous Business Development adding high potential
& scalable accounts to the company's portfolio.
Responsible for overall sales of Electrical Equipment Products
Implementing competitive selling programs/strategies to improve product
awareness and enhance business growth.
Interfacing with overseas suppliers and negotiating for delivery terms for cost
effective procurement
Finalize business plans for the financial year for various products
Driving country specific packaging changes for different geographies to
accommodate local needs wherever necessary
Ensuring sales targets for Electrical equipment's products
Visiting markets with distributor sales teams, meeting retailers to understand
challenges, feedback & insights
Adding new geographies / customer to expand market reach
Responsible for international marketing BTL activities
Travelling to various countries to mapping the market, establishing market
wise strategies, products and competition benchmarking, visibility drives and
regional dealer meets
Identifying prospective business, establishing strategic partnership and
alliances, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving
profitability & increases sales growth
Constant communication with International Distributors affiliates to regularly
update them on development of their projects
Ensuring compliance to statutory / regulatory requirements and coordinating
with Inventory Management Team at site stores for ensuring optimum
inventory level for the respective category material
Representing for Overseas Exhibitions as required
Support international affiliates in obtaining or creating the necessary tools and
assets to successfully develop HPL brand in International markets
Contribute to leadership in formulation of segment strategies including
product positioning, pricing, promotional programs, sales incentives and
tradeshows
Responsible for Order Collection, Production Planning, Spare Parts Planning
and Dispatch planning
Export Documentation
Analyzing competition for Products, Market size, Product specs & prices and
doing product / market wise product benchmarking
Liaison with inspection agencies
Designing market wise presentation decks for sales pitch as per market requirement
Degree/Diploma in electrical engineering or sales/ Marketing Masters/ Degree/ Degree/Diploma
with Experience in Marketing of Electrical Products
MBA
Minimum Experience 12-15 Years. Preferably in Electrical Equipment Manufacturing

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
