Key Responsibilities:
Developer Relationship Management
Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with leading developers in Gurgaon/NCR.
Act as the primary point of contact for developers, ensuring transparent communication and smooth coordination.
Negotiate mandates, project tie-ups, and exclusive sales opportunities.
Collaborate with developers on sales strategy, pricing, and inventory allocation.
Project Sales & Bookings
Drive sales closures for assigned developer projects, ensuring targets are met within timelines.
Plan and execute booking drives, launch events, and project roadshows in alignment with developer objectives.
Achieve absorption rate targets and optimize sales velocity across projects.
Ensure smooth client onboarding, documentation, and booking formalities in sync with developer processes.
Strategic Sales Planning
Design and implement sales campaigns tailored to project positioning and target segments.
Share market insights and competitor intelligence with developers to refine strategies.
Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to support project-specific initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve project-level bookings.
Train team members on project details, sales pitches, and relationship management.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with developer KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with
minimum 1 years in developer-facing roles

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
