Assistant General Manager - Sales (Luxury Residential Real Estate)

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ?18L-24L per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Assistant General Manager - Sales with a proven track record in luxury residential real estate. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working exclusively with top-tier developers (not brokerages or firms focused on affordable housing) and a history of handling high-value projects in the ?5-10 crore range. A robust network of channel partners and deep knowledge of the Gurugram luxury market are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for luxury residential projects in Gurugram. Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the luxury segment, ensuring high closure rates and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (CPs), HNI clients, and key stakeholders to maximize lead generation and sales conversions. Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience for discerning clients. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market trends and project positioning. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic insights to senior management. Stay updated on market intelligence, competitor activities, and luxury real estate trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury residential sales with reputed real estate developers (no brokerages; experience with affordable projects is not considered) Demonstrated success in selling high-value residential projects (?5-10 crore ticket size) in Gurugram. Strong and active network of channel partners (CPs) in the luxury segment. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and deliver large, impactful sales outcomes Data-driven mindset with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and performance optimization. MBA or equivalent preferred.
