Duties & Responsibilities: -he Role: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Leader to drive our Mixer Motor division. You will be responsible for selling motors to major appliance brands (OEMs) and leading our regional sales team to hit growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sign Big Clients: Close bulk deals with top-tier kitchen appliance brands.
Lead the Team: Manage and mentor the sales department to exceed monthly targets.
Grow Market Share: Compete effectively against industry players like Igarashi, Regal Rexnord, and Tehwa.
Business Growth: Handle pricing, negotiations, and ensure timely payment collections.
