Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with the operation team to create targeted strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Proven track record in business development or sales within the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
