Responsible for overseeing and optimizing all retail operations across multiple stores. Key duties include managing store performance, staff supervision, inventory control, visual merchandising, sales planning, promotional execution, customer experience enhancement, and operational budgeting. The AGM will collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to drive sales growth, ensure process compliance, and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Reports to General Manager, and serves as second-in-command for all retail operation activities.
