The client is one of India's largest module manufacturers, in terms of operational capacity, producing solar photo-voltaic modules, and are also an integrated solar energy solutions provider offering EPC services and O&M services to the customers.
An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in quality control techniques, statistical methods, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP), should also have experience supplier quality management, including experience in quality control, auditing, and problem-solving.
Key Competencies:
1. Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
2. Leading efforts for streamlining processes and generating cost savings in operations.
3. Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control like Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control, Customer support and Final Quality Assurance of the all solar photovoltaic modules manufacturing units.
4. Should know quality control techniques, statistical methods, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP).
5. Handling the Customer Complaint department by providing support to the customers, Root cause analysis and taking corrective and preventive action on it.
