Handling customer complaints Documenting and reporting 8D to customer Excellent communication skill Developing and implementing standards for inspection, CSR etc. Communicating with CFT for problem solving Process rejection analysis - Preparing action plan and follow-up with CFT for closures Review and updating process CP, FMEA, work instructions etc. Conducting product audit and process audit as per plan Tracking of COPQ, process PPM, customer PPM and reporting monthly to manager Lead Teams to conduct SPC ,MSA ,Layout inspection as per plan Good Proficiency in Product drawing reading and GD & T Prepare & Approve PPAP documents for New Product Development Ensuring sustenance of IATF-16949 and EMS 45000 Core Participant in New Product development. Ensure Incoming Quality for Raw Materials, Bought Outs and Vendor supplied Parts from Heat Treatment, CED Coating, Powder Coating suppliers. Drive Sub Supplier Audits- Process & Product Audits, CQI Audits
