Job Purpose
To manage and drive capex WH operations,transportation and HSW.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Warehouse & Logistics
- Complete Warehouse management.
- Inventory management, GRN (fresh & SRN) within TAT
- Ensure Good Housekeeping with high WH standards
- Scrap management as per the process.
- Ensuring vehicle availability & transportation for intra & inter circle with out any violations.
- Compliance to both Internal & External audits
- Timely MIS/Reports circulation to cluster & corporate team.
- 100% HSW compliance at Warehouse
- Identify & implement Best Practices in warehouse, inventory norms and special projects to derive savings.
- Infrastructure negotiations – DSE Quality/Quantity
- Working Capital (investment in business) alignment
- ROI management
- Primary Billing
- Sizing corrections/territory dimensioning
- Problem Solving
- Performance trends & reviews
HSW Compliance
- Ensure that the HSW norms are adhered to
