Job summary

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects will lead and oversee construction projects within the industrial sector, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.

Stakeholder Management

: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met while maintaining strong relationships.

Quality Assurance

: Implement stringent quality control processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

Risk Management

: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and financials.

Resource Allocation

: Optimize the allocation of resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize project efficiency and effectiveness.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 10-15 years of experience in project management within the industrial sector.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in the field.
