The Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects will lead and manage residential construction projects, ensuring efficient execution, quality control, and timely delivery. With a blend of office and on-site responsibilities, this role requires strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and hands-on project management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
: Lead multiple residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Strategic Planning
: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining phases, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication
: Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and address any challenges.
Budget Management
: Oversee project budgets, including forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and implementing cost control measures.
Quality Assurance
: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring all construction complies with industry regulations and client specifications.
Team Development
: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
: 20-25 years of experience in project management within the residential real estate sector.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management are advantageous.
