Job Purpose

The portfolio manager position is a key sales and system support position in the Enterprise Mobility LOB, part of the commercial and pricing fuction :Responsible for managing the Enterprise Mobility Plans Portfolio, configurations and key system transformation associated with sales to commercial approvals.



The person will be responsible to implement changes that aid automation of commercial and pricing process internal to Vi Business.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Drive cost optimization by implementing efficient digital workflows and streamlining plan management processes.





Lead key commercial automation and Contract Management processes





Enhance customer experience by coordinating with internal and cluster teams, tracking activations vs. churn, and addressing operational bottlenecks.





Lead quarterly projects to improve portfolio performance, including digital enablement and operational efficiency initiatives.





Conduct regular reviews of pricing, plans, and product configurations to ensure competitiveness in the market.





Foster capability building within the team through structured training programs and adoption of learning tools.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams--product, marketing, technology, and operations--to align execution with business goals.





Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements with cluster and sale leaders to enable extraction from Leads to Approvals
