Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
: Lead project planning and scheduling efforts using MS Project and Primavera P6.
Team Leadership
: Manage and mentor a team of planners to ensure project timelines are met.
Stakeholder Coordination
: Coordinate with various stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
Software Proficiency
: MS Project, Primavera P6
Key Requirements
Experience
: 10 to 15 years of experience in planning within the real estate, residential, road, and highways sector.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Leadership
: Proven track record of leading planning teams in complex projects.
