Job Purpose

Manage E2E solution and delivery and operation management for Enterprise OSS. Design and Implementation of Enterprise OSS for VBS new products and Services. Requirement gathering and engagement with Enterprise product team to evolve Enterprise OSS solution, SOW, BRS, FRS, and delivery plan with support of OSS SI (application/platform provider), OEM and technology domains SME leads from VIL network functions.



Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• E2E solution and delivery and Operation management for Enterprise OSS
• Participate in VBS business/ product & services strategy and planning process.
• Create and Manage OSS Project Plans for VBS New Products and Services
• Business Case Creation, PR/PO creation for all OSS Projects/CRs
• Create Integrated Project Plan for OSS Applications/Platforms for VBS
• Manage and Govern OSS SI partner delivery and KPI performance
• Work with SI Partners and Internal Teams to Ensure on time delivery of projects within defined cost & minimal defects
• Take ownership and ensure Security, Regulatory and Legal compliance for OSS Application services for VBS
• Business Case Creation, PR/PO creation for all OSS Projects
• Provide IT & Automation support for Audit, Security, Regulatory and legal compliance

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 12-16 years of IT / Tech. role with Minimum 4-8 years in Telecom Project Delivery
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams and vendors for project implementation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivating and able to work under minimal supervision. Manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of ISO/TL Processes

Must have technical / professional qualifications

B Tech/ BE Electronics and Telecommunication with 7-10 years of experience
