Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead MEP design coordination with consultants, architects, and internal teams. Oversee execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems at site. Review drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. Manage contractors, vendors, and ensure work progress as per schedule. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality & safety. Monitor MEP budgets, certify contractor bills, and support procurement of equipment. Ensure testing, commissioning, statutory approvals, and handover documentation.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
