Roles and Responsibilities



Collaborate with

Merchant Bankers, Brokers, and Syndicate Broker teams

to manage and verify brokerage and commission calculations. Oversee the

end-to-end processing

of brokerage computations in coordination with key stakeholders, including

Merchant Bankers, Stock Exchanges, SCSBs, and Sponsor Banks

. Address and resolve

queries related to brokerage and commission

raised by brokers and banks in a timely manner. Ensure

implementation of regulatory updates and system changes

as mandated by

SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and Depositories

. Manage multiple assignments under

tight deadlines

, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Demonstrate strong

analytical and numerical proficiency

to handle large datasets and complex computations effectively. Possess sound knowledge of

primary and secondary capital market operations

(preferred). Proficient in

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

for reporting and analysis. Excellent

communication skills

in English, both written and verbal.
