Role Title AGM-IOT Solution & Delivery Position No 35687 Function Technology Sub Function/ Vertical/ Department Enterprise Solutions Band M2 Reports to Role (Position No) Lead IOT Products Location Mumbai Date of last update/approval Job Purpose (In one or two sentences) The Primary Job purpose includes handling the IoT Platform, eSIM Platform for Consumer & Enterprise business and its related deliveries. The Job purpose also include the responsibility to deliver IoT business use cases. Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas (Max 5) Project Management: eSIM Platform and IoT Platform Project Coordinator, managing projects and Demand by specified objectives and within specified resources. As assigned, lead or assist in the planning, implementation and introduction of projects for new systems and technologies. Evaluate new Platforms through an RFP / RFI process as required, Scoping discussion with Marketing, Innovation team and Partner: Finalize Product features, Architecture, Deployment Model. Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders Business Support for Product Feasibility: Responsible to do the feasibility of Business products. Help business to deliver IoT use cases by serving as a product SME to help identify and provide the feasibility that qualify business development opportunities of product. Responsible to ensure convert business requirements received from service delivery. Communication with DM teams/Business for future Product delivery. End 2 End monitoring of Products delivery / changes till Business UAT and fixes, Responsible for feature /functionalities, API integration, IT integration, rollout plan with timelines Vendor Management: Co-ordination & review meetings with operations/partners on regular basis. Better coordination between team and with vendor or partner. Responsible for validating & tracking L3/New CR\'s efforts. Quality Assurance: Works closely with IT Operations and Quality Assurance to test, deploy and maintain efficient, high-performance and error-free applications. Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources. Review of solution provided with L3 team. Coordination with partner teams to develop overall implementation solution plan, and serve lead as required to implement installation. Provide quality assurance for services within solution area. Ensure all the fixes are tested before deployed in Production. Insure Regulatory & IT Security compliance are adhered in the solution. Capacity Planning: Planning of expansion requirements of IoT platform based on business forecast and current utilization - Requirement finalization, BOQ finalization, PR/PO release and capitalization. For eSIM platform - ensure end to end architecture, solution design and integration approach finalization for both M2M & Consumer (Mobile phone & Wearable) use cases. Drive end to end testing of eUICC/eSIM with M2M and consumer devices to ensure adherence to GSMA specifications and seamless customer experience Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5) Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Experience in the IT, or Technology fields in the Telecom industry Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with an ability to execute team. Vendor management skills Post Graduate / Graduate degree in the field of technology. Crypto key management.
