Job Summary / Overview

The AGM/GM - HR Operations (M3 Level) will be responsible for leading and managing the complete HR Operations function, including policy implementation, compensation, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. The role requires strong leadership capability, people management expertise, and a data-driven, solution-oriented approach.

HR Policy and Process Development Compensation Management Employee Engagement Statutory Compliances Performance Management New Hire Orientation & Development Mentoring New Employees Grievance Management & Employee Relations Reward & Recognition Programs Training & Development Initiatives Overseeing reporting of employment metrics Reference Checks & Background Verification Managing Referral Policy & Processes End-to-end Employee Lifecycle Management Employee Communication Implementation of HRIS & PMS Systems

Must-Have Skills:

Proven track record as a people manager Strong data analysis capability Deep understanding of HR policies and statutory compliances Expertise in employee engagement & HR operations governance Solution-oriented and creative problem-solving approach Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in large-scale HR transformation initiatives Exposure to automation / HR digitization Experience in multi-location workforce environments

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
