Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage recruitment across Sales, Finance, HR, Plant Ops, and more
Oversee HR operations, team performance, and employee engagement
Manage end-to-end office administration including infrastructure, vendors, and compliance
Drive reporting and performance tracking using advanced Excel tools
Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and policy adherence
Skills & Experience:
10+ years
in HR & Admin, preferably in manufacturing or corporate setups (No startups)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in labor laws, HR policies, and Excel-based reporting
Graduate preferred
