Candidate Profile



18-20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM/Head of HR) in a manufacturing or engineering company. Proven success in leading organizational transformation and cultural change. Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 HR-related requirements and audit readiness. Deep understanding of Indian labour laws, HR fundamentals, and change management. Demonstrated ability to balance empathy with accountability. Strong communication and influencing skills; able to align diverse stakeholders around a shared purpose. Integrity, maturity, and a genuine passion for developing people and culture.

o Improved employee engagement and retention scores. o Demonstrated leadership accountability for cultural goals. o Enhanced organizational agility and collaboration. o Reduction in attrition, especially in R&D and technical functions. o Consistency and fairness in performance reviews, promotions, and compensation.
