Job Description

We are urgently hiring for AGM/ Sr. Manager - EV Segment Head in Electrical Industrial Sales, EV Connectors Business in leading Manufacturing Company in Mumbai.

Candidate's with automotive and EV connector business only are applicable.

Role: This is a senior position focused on developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive the growth of our EV connectors business. The person will work closely with the Engineering & Regional Sales teams and collaborate with the marketing department to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities :



1) Drive sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets for EV connectors.

2) Identify and pursue potential customers like EV charger manufacturers, OEMs, and automobile companies to expand market reach.

3) Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service.

4) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to track trends and industry movement.

5) Work with marketing and engineering teams on campaigns, promotions, and digital content for lead generation.

6) Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

7) Lead and mentor the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance.

8) Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

9) Stay updated on EV industry innovations, regulations, and trends to refine strategies.

10) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, order execution, and customer satisfaction.

Salary offered: 45 LPA to 50 LPA

Qualifications & Skills:



1) BE / B.Tech- Electrical, E&TC, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Mechanical

2) 10 -15 years of experience in sales and marketing in automotive / related relevant Industry

3) Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques

4) Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans.

5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
