Roles and Responsibilities



Manage the overall running of the sales team Achieve growth and complete the sales targets. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new supplier Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities Manage the relationship with Developers to generate more opportunities Liaise with the Commercial Manager, Courses & Events Team Leader and colleagues where necessary to include plans to implement any proposed changes and improvements. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses

Qualification and Skills



Any Graduate can apply. Must have 5 years of real estate sales experience in B2C sales. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven Knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
