Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans, finalization of Accounts.
Analyse variances between actuals and budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Formulation of Systems and Processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, etc.).
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and government agencies.
Manage banking relationships and negotiations for credit lines or funding. Processing for Bank Loan and Construction Loan.
Optimize treasury operations, including investments and forex risk management.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
