Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans, finalization of Accounts.
Analyse variances between actuals and budget/forecast and provide actionable insights. o Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to present reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Formulation of Systems and Processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, etc.). o Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit processes.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and government agencies. o Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
Manage banking relationships and negotiations for credit lines or funding. Processing for Bank Loan and Construction Loan.
Optimize treasury operations, including investments and forex risk management.
