AGM - Finance Manager

for a reputed organization in the Real Estate / Mall industry, located at Breach Candy, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Finalization of books of accounts as per

Ind AS

standards Thorough knowledge of

GST law

,

Tax Audit

, and

Direct Tax

regulations Preparation and analysis of

MIS reports

Ensure

revenue assurance

and implement

cost control

measures Coordination with

Banks

,

ICRA rating agencies

, and related financial institutions Liaise with

Statutory Auditors

for quarterly and annual accounting processes

Working Conditions:

Associate Director - Accounts & Finance

Work Days:

Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Office Location:

Breach Candy, Mumbai (Head Office)

Required Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

10-15 years of relevant work experience (Real Estate / Mall sector preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

Ind AS

,

Accounts Consolidation

, and financial compliance Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel

and

MS Word

Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports Excellent

communication skills

and ability to manage senior stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?2,500,000.00 per year
