Job Role: AGM Finance & Accounts Qualification: CA or CA inter is mandatory : \xc2\xb7 Ensure that transactions are recorded as per defined standard \xc2\xb7 Consolidation of Accounts and Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual books of Accounts of Hyderabad plant, Ludhiana Plant and Branches. \xc2\xb7 Capitalization and Costing \xc2\xb7 Preparation of monthly MIS and variance analysis and reporting and actions \xc2\xb7 Analysis and monitoring of monthly Expenses and overhead allocation \xc2\xb7 Advances & Payables monitoring and controlling. \xc2\xb7 Regular review of internal control mechanism and work towards improvement wherever needed. \xc2\xb7 Handled Statutory auditors/ Cost Auditors and filing of Income Tax returns on time \xc2\xb7 Handling Internal Audits and support in preparation of internal Audit plan \xc2\xb7 Statutory compliances \xe2\x80\x93 TDS, GST, Professional Tax and as applicable \xc2\xb7 Cost optimization and efficiency improvements in Accounts & Finance and in Business \xc2\xb7 Close coordination with other plant accounts team and cross function \xc2\xb7 People Management and Development \xc2\xb7 Implementation of new IT and other initiatives \xc2\xb7 All other Core Accounting functions of the organization. Core Competencies: Expert Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally, IT Savvy Sound knowledge of Accounting Standard, Costing and Taxation , Import and Export Business with business Acumen skills with Manufacturing experience CA or CA Inter with 9-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry with age of 30 to 35 Manufacturing industry preferred English & Hindi speaking is must.
