Role Project Manager Job Level/ Designation Project Manager Function / Department Technology - TES Location Mumbai Job Purpose Responsible as a central point of contact for all Global outbound orders. Governance and reviews with Group team for outbound orders. Escalation management on outbound orders. SCM management for PR/PO process. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Strategic Outbound delivery management as per TAT and to meet Customer expectations. Better turn around on Global opportunities. Collaboration and Team work engagement with Group Team and VIL circle Teams. Operational Coordinate with Group Order Manager for timely delivery of Global order and update circle Teams regularly. Weekly status reporting of outbound orders. Monthly reporting on overall performance of outbound. Developmental Support and assist to implement best Project Management practises across VI in line with VBS fixed line objectives. Build Program Management capability for handling Large and Complex Projects. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 8+ years of experience in Project Management. Managing multinational customers across the globe by working collaboratively with multicultural functions/teams and partners across continents. Manage Customer and internal stake holders. Proactive escalation Management. Experience in implementing project or programme practice to meet Organization effectiveness and Business requirements. Prince2 certified Must have technical / professional qualifications Desired Competencies/ Skills Experience in handling Project Management in a B2B environment Commercially astute Technology understanding on Enterprise Telecom products. Strong focus on delivery and attention to detail Educational Qualifications Graduate, with minimum of a bachelor\'s degree, preferred in Electronics & Telecommunications.
