Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with event objectives and industry trends, with scalability across a broader event portfolio.
Define clear and differentiated value propositions in collaboration with product, sales, and content teams.
Lead pricing strategy and forecasting, aligned with audience segmentation, commercial targets, and product tiers.
Serve as a strategic marketing lead within cross-functional teams, contributing to long-term business planning and portfolio development.
Leverage deep industry knowledge and user insights to inform strategic decisions and drive portfolio-wide improvements.
Campaign Execution & Channel Management
Plan and execute targeted, insight-driven campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social, SEM, PR, and partnerships to generate high-quality leads and maximise ROI.
Apply agile methodologies to manage marketing sprints, test-and-learn initiatives, and campaign optimisation.
Guide the development of audience-centric messaging and storytelling to support creative outputs.
Oversee the creation of content, marketing materials, and digital assets to enhance campaign performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
Promote cross-functional collaboration across teams, including paid media, SEM, and PR.
Align marketing efforts with internal and external stakeholders to support event, sales, product, and partnership objectives.
Measurement & Optimisation
Manage marketing budgets to ensure strong ROI and effective channel allocation across events.
Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Utilise analytics tools, including CDPs and marketing automation platforms, to optimise campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
Experience & Skills
8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in strategy development and execution.
Proven ability to craft impactful marketing strategies, balancing creativity, commercial goals, and delivery.
Experience leading value proposition and pricing strategy development.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
Proficient in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email, automation, social media, SEM, and PR.
Data-driven, with solid experience using CRM, CDP, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
Comfortable working in agile environments, leading marketing sprints or pods.
Skilled in effective budget management and ROI optimisation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
