An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate should have an BE in Civil engineering with 20-22 years in Civil construction, Contracting companies, Developers, Builders, and Real Estate sectors and Civil construction, project management, contract management, and planning.
Key Competencies:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage contractor selection, negotiations, and agreements to ensure compliance and value for money.
• Supervise vendor management, procurement processes, and material supply chains.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with statutory laws, building codes, norms, and byelaws, particularly in Kolkata and West Bengal.
