Education: CA/ Inter CA / MCOM with MBA
Tech Skills: SAP / Project system / Good Excel knowledge
Experience: Same Industry or any EPC industry
Role Overview
Commercial, Accounting & MIS will lead financial governance, commercial operations, and MIS reporting across EPC/project business. The role focuses on project profitability, cost control, cash flow, compliance, and accurate management reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead project estimates, profitability reviews, and forecasting.
• Prepare and monitor project-wise P&L, AOP performance, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely project billing, receivables collection, vendor payments, and cash flow management.
• Drive cost control across projects and monitor direct/indirect costs.
• Manage statutory compliance including tax, TDS, and audit requirements.
• Develop dashboards and analytical MIS for management insights.
• Lead and mentor teams in accounts, commercial, and MIS functions.

Skills & Competencies * Strong knowledge of EPC/project commercials, contracts, and financial reporting.

• Expertise in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP, Excel, and MIS tools.
• Strong analytical ability, and communication skills and Coordination with Project Business Head and team.
