Job description You will be responsible for the following activities: 1. Candidate will be responsible for handling complete Field HR of Multiple divisions including 2000+ employees (Field staff and Mangers) in Mumbai. 2. Recruitment coordination with divisional Heads and Field Managers 3. Managing the Performance Appraisal / Management of Field staff and Managers. 4. Managing disciplinary matters / issues of Field Staff and Managers. 5. Developing and organizing Training and Development activities OD programs for the Field Staff and Managers. 6. To work and support HRBP Partners. Required Candidate profile 1. Any Graduate and MBA in HR (Full time or Part Time), 10-15 years, out of which 5 Years in handling Field HR and Supporting Multiple divisions in Pharmaceutical Company in Mumbai. 2. You should be good in closely working with divisional heads and NSMs to understand and work on their profile. 3. You should have good experience in working with Field Manager. 4. You should be good in giving prompt response on quires of Field staff and Manager. 5. You also should be prompt and god in effective handling of disciplinary matters / issues of Field Staff and Managers
