Job Description

Lead and manage large-scale construction projects, including government tenders, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations and standards. Oversee end-to-end contract management, including tendering, vendor negotiations, and contractual documentation.? Plan, schedule, and supervise all civil works, including site supervision, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.? Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (such as EHS) at all project sites.? Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design, drawing, and site-related issues.? Prepare and present project status, progress, and financial reports to senior management.? Manage and mentor a team of engineers and site staff, ensuring optimal performance and development.? Handle budgeting, cost control, risk management, and strategic inputs for construction operations.

Preferred Location: Candidate from Coimbatore, Erode, Salem, Tirupur, Tirunelveli,ViruthuNagar, are preferred most.

Experience

: More Than 15 Years in Civil

Must known speak Tamil Language

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma In Civil Engineering or B.E civil 15-20 years of experience in construction, preferably in large-scale projects such as commercial, residential, or infrastructure developments.? Age limit: Typically up to 45 years Strong knowledge in MIVEN shuttering

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
