Role AGM - Demand & Solution Management, Technology Job Level/ Designation M2 -/ AGM - Demand & Solution Management, Technology Function / Department Corporate IT - Technology-Demand & Solution, Location Pune Job Purpose As Project Manager you are responsible for delivering projects of reasonable complexity or work streams within a larger project or program and contributing to planning aspects. You have in-depth knowledge and experience in project management to solve complex delivery challenges take new perspectives using existing solutions and work with minimal guidance. You are a resource for colleagues with less experience and may have line management responsibility. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Key Result Areas/Accountabilities This is a hands-on project management role with successful, Delivering projects of reasonable complexity, for significant periods, without supervision, when leading projects. Project Program wise alignment with end User Business function team End to End completion of assignment and task with incubation time. Accountable for defining and leading the program/project, cutting across multiple channels, products, systems and departments, to time, budget, and scope from initiation through to completion Supervises a team of project management professionals and ensures compliance to Standards, policies and processes Drives the delivery of the program /project ensuring milestones are met to time, cost and quality Defines release readiness requirements and validates readiness before release into production Possesses understanding of frameworks (e.g. Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies (e.g. PMP) Demonstrates strong communication skills, coordinates project stakeholders and may also act as lead representative in key governance and decision meetings Maintains strong relations and works closely with stakeholders across Vodafone and external partners in order to ensure alignment with the broader commercial objectives of the business. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience You have notable experience (10+ Year) of managing the delivery of highly technical solutions, working to timelines and milestones. You will ideally have experience with delivering large scale technical projects, preferably within the telecom space. You have demonstrable knowledge of the Applications landscape, and understand how this can help drive high performance teams. Ability to professionally interact with a diverse project team, managers and executives Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills Proactive, can work individually but very good team player. Must have technical / professional qualifications Must have technical / professional qualifications Degree qualified in science or engineering / MCA. Minimum of 10 years\' experience in Telecommunication sector Good understanding telecom billing and OSS - BSS. Good understanding of Cloud communication. Good understanding of no mobility produces and Telekom Infrastructure. Data Modelling, Data Visualization, Data Analytics and Insights, Agile and Business Acumen.
