Job Purpose
Principal Accountabilities
1. Liaison with government organizations and regulatory authorities for obtaining various approvals, resolution of issues and compliance with various departs like Pollution Control Board, Nagar Nigam, Local planning authority, Collector office, Tahsildar, Revenue office, Police, PHED, Local Sarpanch, RTO, Forest Officials, SEZ customs, RERA, Development Commissioner-SEZ and State government authorities.
2. Land title clearance and related Liaisoning with concerned authorities
3. Representing the organization at various community and government meetings
4. Resolving conflicts and maintaining good relationship with the local public residing around the Project
Performance Measure of Success
To coordinate and monitor with different agencies connected with project with respect to Approval and Progress.
To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
To prepare MIS on monthly basis for submission report to SEZ Authorities, and other statutory authorities.
