Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership

• Lead multi-client cybersecurity program execution across OT/IT landscapes, manage scope, quality, resources, and risks.
• Align with Head of Service Delivery on KPIs, resourcing models, delivery playbooks, and automation goals.
• Drive adherence to SLAs, contractual obligations, and ensure zero delivery escalations.
• Maintain dashboards and cadence reviews with internal and client stakeholders.

Consulting and Pre-Sales

• Participate in pre-sales workshops and solutioning efforts, own delivery feasibility and estimation.
• Translate industry needs into deliverable programs, with defined value realization and success metrics.
• Contribute to proposal writing, SoWs, and effort models, support go/no-go decisions with delivery risk inputs.

People Management and Team Building

• Manage large and diversified delivery team across capabilities, geographies.
• Build a culture of ownership, learning, and high performance.
• Identify skill gaps and work with CoEs for upskilling.

Process & Quality Governance

• Implement project governance, delivery toolsets, and reporting structures.
• Drive process maturity across engagements, leveraging frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and ITIL.
• Identify opportunities for automation, reusability, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
Must-have

• 15 + years of cybersecurity experience, with minimum 7 years in delivery or consulting leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of OT/IT security architectures, frameworks (NIST, ISO, ISA/IEC 62443), and industrial environments.
• Experience managing large client programs across manufacturing, energy, or utility companies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (CIO, CISO level).
• Proven track record of managing distributed teams and third-party vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or transformation roles.
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, NGFW, IAM, PAM, etc.).
• Exposure to commercial management - SLAs, profitability metrics, and contract governance.
