Responsibilities Handling of processes as per all applicable rules and regulations for legal/regulatory compliance. Negotiation skills for better commercial outcome. Ability to plan and execute activities requiring participation of various internal and external stake holders. Financial and Legal acumen for negotiation, inputs to legal, drafting of agreements and other documentation. Analytical ability to understand and interpret data to identify opportunities for better revenue generation. High levels of maturity in coordinating with internal and external teams and ensuring focus on decided direction irrespective of frequent digressions and deviations. Flexible, adaptable to new, uncertain and ambiguous business situations and generate fruitful partnerships with Airlines and large influencer groups within government & outside. Honest, loyal, ethical and hardworking with high ability to work under tight constraints and challenging deadlines. Organized in work, data critical and procedure minded - with a high degree of medium and long term perspective to the business opportunities Well-developed interpersonal skills to deal with people-within the organization and external intermediaries. Qualifications Educational Qualification: Graduate from any discipline with MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing or Finance from an institute of repute recognized by UGC/AICTE. Experience Essential: 10 + years\' experience in, Sales & Marketing of Services, Business Development to Govt or private Companies, preferably with experience in Aviation industry/retail industry. Additional experience of marketing services/facilities as well as structure alliances/agreement would be preferable.
