Team Member Collection Governance

  • Job Purpose (In one or two sentences)
This position primary role is to provide essential support to the collection efforts of the organization. Work closely with the collection team and other stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient recovery of outstanding and debts owed by customers. Will be handling, payments and TDS processing, vendor allocation and pay-out calculation and validation. The candidate should be responsible validation and reconciliation of monthly collection and bad debts reported numbers with finance.
  • Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas (Max 5)
  • Process and post customer payments through various channels such as NEFT, cheque, electronic transfers, or credit card transactions. Ensure accuracy in recording payments and update customer accounts accordingly.
  • Perform regular payment and TDS reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of outstanding balances and adjustments made. Identify and investigate discrepancies or errors, and collaborate with relevant departments to rectify issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection performance, bad debts, and key metrics to assist in tracking progress and identifying trends.
  • Managing vendor allocations, agreement, PO & PR, pay-out calculation and validation.
  • Tracking from baby care projects to legal recovery process.
  • Managing collection base mapping guidelines as per the GTM and performance metrics.
  • Managing process, Internal and External Audits.
